bjbaj reserves the right to temporarily lock an account for security purposes if unusual activity is detected, pending verification from the account holder.

All bjbaj account balances are held and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bjbaj supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, GrabPay, USDT, BTC, and Cash Deposit.

Deposits: Funds deposited via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are credited to your bjbaj account within seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Cashier page at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in line with anti-money-laundering requirements. bjbaj targets same-day processing for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

• bjbaj reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal exceeding applicable thresholds.

• bjbaj will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, virtual accounts, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the same account.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

• bjbaj reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by a user.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Players who have self-excluded or who have active responsible gaming restrictions may not be eligible for promotional bonuses.
• bjbaj reserves the right to reclaim any bonus — and any winnings derived from that bonus — if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or systematic low-risk wagering designed to fulfil requirements artificially.

bjbaj's decision regarding the interpretation and application of any promotional terms is final. Where any conflict exists between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the more specific provision shall prevail.

All sports bets placed on bjbaj are governed by the general betting rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific rules published on the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept these rules.

• Bets are accepted and settled in PKR at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed.
• bjbaj reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of technical error, corruption, or match-fixing.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to the availability of live markets and may be suspended or settled at any time based on real-time event data.
• In the event of an abandoned, postponed, or cancelled event, bets will be settled in accordance with bjbaj's sport-specific rules for that event type.
• Obvious pricing errors ("palpable errors") will be voided regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. bjbaj will refund the original stake in such cases.
• PSL, international cricket, football, kabaddi, UFC, and all other sports listed on the bjbaj sportsbook are covered by event-specific supplementary rules available in the Help section.

bjbaj uses verified real-time data feeds from accredited sports data providers to determine bet settlement. In the event of a data discrepancy, bjbaj's records shall be considered authoritative unless a demonstrable system error can be proven.

All casino games available on bjbaj — including slots, live dealer tables, table games, and instant-win products — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated by licensed live dealer studios. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are disclosed within individual game information panels.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bjbaj, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the bjbaj platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, bjbaj is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, odds, or data displayed on the bjbaj platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or data suppliers beyond bjbaj's reasonable control.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, bjbaj's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall bjbaj's aggregate liability exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bjbaj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of a suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.

• Accounts closed following a self-exclusion request will not be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Accounts terminated for fraud, money laundering, or material breach of these Terms may have their balances withheld pending investigation and will not be eligible for reinstatement.
